What areas do you service?

Our corporate office is located in Tampa Bay, Florida. Our primary area of service is Central Florida: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando, Lakeland and surrounding counties. We will bid other areas in Florida on a project basis and travel outside the state of Florida for larger corporate projects. Contact us for a FREE Quote!

What are your typical bidding procedures?

We typically quote on a project basis. We provide pricing for individual or multiple locations, per each or per site. We also provide pricing based on individual applications - per cable run, per port, etc. We offer FREE Quotes.

Do you provide all the materials?

We normally provide all material. When materials are supplied by the customer, they must meet all the needed Bicsi ETA/TIA 568A/B standards and criteria for the scope of work entailed. Additional charges will apply for any change orders that are a result of improper material ordering from the customer. When ALPHA orders the equipment, you can be assured not just a discount on the materials, but all the equipment will be ordered on time, within budget and completed on-time.

Do you carry in house materials?

We have basic materials in stock, however we generally order materials from our local suppliers on a project basis to assure volume discounts, and that all materials meet current Bicsi ETA/TIA 568A/B standards.

Are your technicians certified?

All Technicians dispatched to perform work of any kind will be certified, insured and fully trained to work on the equipment type specified on any individual request. A Bicsi certified technician will oversee all projects.

What Warranty do you offer on your Products and Services?

All workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year. Parts come with the Standard Manufacturer Warranties.

Do you have a professional Telecommunications person that I may speak directly with about my project?

Yes, your inquiry will be directed to a telecom professional who can discuss your project, and then arrange a site visit to enable us to prepare a free quote.

Do you offer Cat8 cabling yet?

We will carry Cat 8 cable as soon as it is widely available. Cat8 is currently difficult to find and still very expensive at the time of this writing. Cat8 is expected to support speeds of 25Gbps/40Gbps at distances up to 30 meters.
